How to delete your Juztuz account

You can request deletion of your Juztuz account and associated data by emailing contact@juztuz.com from the registered email associated with your account.

In your email, include:

• Your phone number used to register on Juztuz.
• A clear request to delete your account

Once you request account deletion, your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Phone number
• Messages and conversations (end-to-end encrypted)
• Account metadata (username, display name, avatar)
• Subscription and payment method information

What data may be retained

In certain circumstances, we may retain limited data:

• Minimal transactional or legal records (if required by law)
• Aggregated, anonymised analytics data

Any retained data is kept only as long as legally required and cannot be used to identify you.

Deletion timeline

• Immediate: Your account is deactivated and inaccessible
• Within 30 days: All personal data is permanently deleted from our servers
• Backups: Data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being overwritten
